If you feel like you have seen Abby before, that is because you have. I like to count this wedding as my first celebrity wedding! Abby happens to be a White House correspondent, so she’s always traveling to the coolest spots. You can see a glimpse of her life here. My favorite images are the ones filled with all these emotions. Everyone was expecting Abby to walk down the aisle but when she came down the stairs, it was the most epic entrance! Both the groom and the guests flipped. I mean, just look at them! Their ceremony was super emotional and super heart felt.
Marcus and Abby chose these super cute Chinese take out boxes as favors because that is how they celebrate their big life events: Chinese and a bottle of wine! WE LOVE when our couples make sure their design reflect them as a couple. To all my brides planning their weddings: stop copying everything from Pinterest. It’s nice to get inspiration but your wedding day needs to reflect you two as a couple. This is YOUR DAY! Cristina Calvert did an amazing job with all the design and making sure every detail was absolutely perfect!
Can we talk about these table settings?!? Sweet Root Village always rocks it! Brides, make sure to pick the best florist. The entire reception decor comes down to the floral design. You want someone who can bring your vision to life while also giving you that WOW factor! Each napkin was monogrammed and tied with hand dyed silk. The place cards were calligraphed name cards on top of small vases of water with a single bloom. I LOVE when my couples have a cohesive and strong design.
